If you are looking to stand out on gameday, send me a pair of denim for me to rework for your fav team/player. Please allow 3-4 weeks after your denim has arrived to me to receive them back. 

Instructions:

-Print and fill out the packing slip provided on the third slide. Please pack this in the package with your denim so I am able to customize your denim to your liking. Ship the denim and the packing slip to the following address:
